When To Schedule?
The earlier the better! 2-4 weeks is what we usually prefer, but if you plan on moving during our peak times which is summer, end of the month or a weekend, please call us 4-6 weeks before your planned date.
Do I Need An Estimate?
We usually can give you a pretty accurate quote over the phone based on the information and inventory you provide. We do suggest an on-site estimate if you have a larger home (4+ bedrooms), commercial move (office space) or any unusual items (pool table, piano, hot tubs ect.) Estimates are non-binding and free of charge.
Accepted Payments?
We accept all major credit cards
(Visa-Mastercard – American Express – Discover), cash or cashier’s check/money order. Personal checks, Zelle, Cash App and other payment options are available.
Do you offer same-day junk removal or moving services?
Yes, we do offer same-day services when our schedule allows it. Availability can vary based on location, time of year, and our current bookings, so we recommend calling as early as possible if you need something urgent.
How do I prepare my items before junk removal?
There’s no need to do much—just separate the items you want us to take. If you have hazardous materials, liquids, or anything questionable, give us a call ahead of time so we can advise you. We’ll handle the heavy lifting and removal.
What types of items are not accepted for disposal?
We cannot take hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, gasoline, asbestos, or any items restricted by local or federal regulations. If you're unsure about a particular item, we’re happy to check for you before pickup.
